Free replacement if anything goes wrong

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, or simply isn’t right, tell us within 30 days of the date on your order confirmation. Once we’ve approved your request, we’ll send one free replacement: the same print, or another in-stock print priced the same.

Please have your order number and email to hand, plus clear photos if something is damaged or faulty. Every request is reviewed first.

This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
