Home Office Gallery Wall Ideas
A home office gallery wall should look calm on camera and give your eyes somewhere restful to land. Hang it on the wall behind or above your desk, keep it symmetrical so it frames you on a video call, and choose one quiet colour family such as olive and forest green.
Below is a ready-matched set of four textured wabi sabi prints in forest green, olive and linen, with sizes, a layout you can copy and tips for a tidy video call background.

Why this set works in a home office
All four prints come from the same wabi sabi series, with the same rough, woven texture, the same linen background and the same deep forest green. The two A2 prints are a pair: each has a large dark circle hanging above a solid shape, like a sun over the ground. Placed either side, they mirror each other and make the layout feel balanced.
Between them, two A4 prints stack up in olive, black and cream blocks. They break up the circles without changing the mood. Green is easy to live with all day and the texture adds interest without clutter. See the full range in our wabi sabi art or browse more office wall art.
How to hang it
- Decide where the camera sees. If you take video calls, sit in your chair, open the camera and note which part of the wall is in shot. Centre the set in that area.
- Hang the A2 prints first. Space them so the gap in the middle fits two A4 prints plus an even gap of about 5 cm on each side. Above a desk, leave 15 to 25 cm between the desk top and the bottom of the frames.
- Stack the two A4 prints in the middle with the same gap between them. Two A4 prints stacked come out almost exactly as tall as an A2, so the top and bottom edges line up.
- Check the height. The centre of the group should sit around 145 to 150 cm from the floor, which also puts it at a good height behind your head on camera.
Office gallery wall mistakes to avoid
- Busy, high-contrast prints right in your eyeline. They pull your attention away from the screen. Calm, tonal prints are easier to work in front of.
- Off-centre on camera. A set that is cut off at the edge of the frame looks accidental. Centre it behind your chair.
- Glare. Lights or a window opposite can bounce off glass. Matte paper and non-reflective glazing help.
- Crowding the desk. Keep the set inside the width of the desk so the wall looks tidy.
