30-Day Free Replacement Guarantee

Not happy with your item? For orders placed from 2 September 2026, the 30 days runs from the order date, not dispatch or delivery. Orders placed before that date keep 30 days from final delivery. Once approved, we will replace it with the same item at no cost, or you can choose another in-stock Laboo Studio item of the same or higher value. If it costs more, we will email an invoice for the difference.

A simple replacement promise
  • The same item and standard replacement delivery are free.
  • Choose another in-stock item of the same value, or pay only the upgrade difference and any applicable taxes, duties or upgraded delivery.
  • Every request is checked against the original order before approval.

Our 30-day replacement guarantee is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. Want to cancel instead? Use your customer account or email hello@laboostudio.com. You do not need this form to exercise a legal cancellation right.
