Questions
Is there a minimum order?
Your first trade order must be at least £300. After that, each order must be at least £150. Amounts exclude VAT and shipping.
How is my tier worked out?
We add up what you've spent in the last 12 months, after discounts and excluding VAT and shipping. If your spend drops below a threshold, your tier moves down at the next monthly review.
Do I need to keep ordering?
Yes. If you spend less than £500 over 12 months, your account returns to standard retail pricing. You can reapply at any time.
How do I pay?
Trade orders are paid at checkout, the same way as any other order. We don't offer credit or invoice terms.
Do you sell framed prints?
No. All our prints are unframed art prints, so you can choose frames to suit each scheme.
Can I resell your prints?
No. The trade account is for prints used in your own or your clients' spaces, not for resale.
What about returns?
Trade orders can't be returned because you changed your mind, so please check sizes and designs before you order. If a print arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
Trade terms
- Trade accounts are for registered or trading businesses buying for their own or their clients' spaces. We may ask for proof, such as a website, portfolio, company or tax registration number.
- Prints bought on a trade account must not be resold as prints, including on marketplaces.
- The first order must be at least £300. Later orders must be at least £150. Amounts exclude VAT and shipping.
- Your tier is based on your spend in the last 12 months, after discounts and excluding VAT and shipping. Tiers are reviewed monthly.
- Accounts that spend less than £500 in any 12-month period return to standard retail pricing. You can reapply at any time.
- Trade discounts can't be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
- All orders are paid in full at checkout. We don't offer credit or payment terms.
- Trade orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or damaged prints reported within 30 days of delivery, with a photo, are replaced free of charge. Our usual shipping policy applies. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Your discount is for your account only. Sharing account access may lead to the account being closed.
- We can change or end the programme, or close an account, with reasonable notice by email.
