Kitsune Art Print featuring a kimono-clad fox in a Japanese poster style with bold linework and patterned textures.
The central kitsune figure stands front-facing with multiple tails fanning out behind the robe, while large curling wave shapes and cloud-like forms frame the scene. Maple leaves float through the background, and kanji-style characters appear in block panels for a graphic, text-led layout. This Kitsune Art Print uses a layered composition with repeating motifs and a scalloped border that reads like a printed label design.
Place this Kitsune Art Print where you want a strong focal point, such as a hallway, office, or reading nook, and pair it with other Japanese-inspired illustration pieces. The Kitsune Art Print also works well in a gallery wall that mixes character art with patterned graphics. Note: Frame not included.

Fabulous print of Frida Khalo... quite restful considering her upturned life. It's printed on quality paper and was eady to frame up. I'm wanting more prints. Will be deciding on these in the future as I decorate about the home.
Ordered Botanic Mirage and Garden Slumber to hang as a pair. Love the colors of both and how it brightens the space. Appreciate the quality of paper they are printed on

Frequently Asked Questions
Kitsune are fox spirits in Japanese folklore known for intelligence, magic, and shapeshifting. Kitsune legends can portray foxes as protective and wise, or as clever tricksters, and they are strongly connected to Inari traditions where foxes are seen as messengers or guardians.
Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox, and in folklore it refers to a supernatural fox spirit. In Japanese mythology, a kitsune is more than an animal, because it is believed to have magical intelligence and the ability to transform.
Kitsune are often associated with good luck and protection, especially when linked to Inari, prosperity, and harvest symbolism. Some stories also depict kitsune as tricksters who use illusion, so the symbolism can include mystery and deception. In wall art, kitsune themes are usually chosen for protection, cleverness, and spiritual power rather than literal luck.
Kitsune can symbolize intelligence, transformation, spiritual strength, and protection. Because kitsune are known for shapeshifting, they also symbolize hidden identity, illusion, and the idea that appearances can change.
In many legends, a kitsune gains more tails as it grows older and more powerful. Multiple tails are often used to represent wisdom, magical ability, and spiritual strength, with nine tails commonly treated as the most powerful form.
Kitsune are closely connected to Inari, a major Japanese deity linked to rice, agriculture, and prosperity. Inari shrines commonly feature fox statues, and kitsune are often described as messengers or guardians of Inari, which is why kitsune symbolism is tied to abundance and protection.
This Kitsune wall art print is designed in a Japanese woodblock and ukiyo-e inspired style, with bold linework, stylized waves and clouds, and a character-centered composition that reads clearly as framed wall decor.
The artwork shows a kitsune with multiple tails, a kimono-inspired outfit, and a regal, spirit-like presence. The multiple tails connect to kitsune power and age in folklore, while the elegant styling reinforces themes of transformation, mystery, and supernatural intelligence.
This print features deep navy and blue backgrounds with cream highlights, plus warm orange tones in the fox tails and accents. The cool and warm contrast makes it a strong statement print for gallery walls and modern interiors.
Kitsune wall art prints work well in a living room, bedroom, hallway, studio, or home office. The calm blue palette and warm orange tails make it a versatile Japanese mythology print that fits both minimalist decor and themed spaces.
