Delivery availability
Laboo Studio accepts orders only for countries shown in our live country selector and at checkout. A production partner location is not the same as a delivery destination. If a country is not available at checkout, we do not currently deliver there.
United Kingdom and United States.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Other international destinations: Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye and United Arab Emirates.
Handling and delivery estimates
- Made-to-order artwork is normally prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Delivery is normally 2–4 business days for core destinations and 5–9 business days for selected additional destinations.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
- All dates are estimates; carrier, weather, customs and peak-period delays can occur.

Customs and import charges
Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination and fulfilment route. Unless checkout states otherwise, any such charge is the recipient’s responsibility.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us within 30 minutes of ordering if a change or cancellation is needed. Made-to-order production can begin quickly, so requests cannot be guaranteed after that point. Once a parcel is in transit, its delivery address cannot be changed.
Delays, loss and transit damage
A parcel is considered lost after 15 business days in the postal system for US and European orders, or 21 business days for other international orders. We cannot dispatch a replacement until the applicable period has elapsed. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, reject it where practical or contact us promptly with photographs and the order number.
If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs.
