Holiday Shipping Updates
During busy holiday periods, production and carrier demand can extend estimated delivery times.
All delivery times are estimates and specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Standard Shipping Information
- Made-to-order artwork is normally prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
- Delivery is normally 2–4 business days for core destinations and 5–9 business days for selected additional destinations, as shown above.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
- The country selector and checkout are authoritative for current availability, price and estimate.
International Orders & Customs
Customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination and fulfilment route. Unless checkout states otherwise, any such charge is the recipient's responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after 15 business days in the postal system for US and European orders, or 21 business days for other international orders. We cannot dispatch a replacement until the applicable timeframe has elapsed. Please contact us if tracking has not progressed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs.
Changes & Cancellations
- Contact us within 30 minutes of ordering if a change or cancellation is needed. Made-to-order production can begin quickly, so requests cannot be guaranteed after that point.
- Eligibility for returns or refunds is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
