1. Overview

By accessing laboostudio.com (the “Site”) and/or purchasing from us (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and Services.

2. Using our site

  • You must be 18+ or the age of majority where you live.

  • Don’t use the Site for anything unlawful, infringe others’ rights, or try to harm or disrupt the Site.

  • We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts if you breach these Terms.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Keep your details current and accurate.

4. Orders & contract

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item(s).

  • If we can’t accept your order (stock, pricing/error, failed checks), we’ll cancel and refund.

  • We may limit or cancel orders, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

5. Prices, taxes & payment

  • Prices are shown in your selected currency and include/exclude taxes as displayed at checkout.

  • We may change prices at any time. Changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

  • You authorize us (and Shopify’s payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes, shipping, and duties where applicable.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery options, costs, and timeframes are shown at checkout.

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees payable by you.

7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on the Site. It explains the conditions, process, and timeframes for returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds.

8. Product info & availability

We aim to display product colors and details accurately, but displays vary. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

9. Third-party services & links

We use third-party tools and may link to third-party sites. These are provided as is and governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their content or actions.

10. User content (reviews, submissions)

If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content (“User Content”):

  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes.

  • You confirm you own the content or have rights to share it, and that it’s lawful and not misleading or harmful.

  • We may remove content at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Laboo Studio and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, outages, pandemics, natural disasters, carrier failures, or legal restrictions).

We may update products, prices, policies, and these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the current one. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the UK/EU may also bring claims in their local courts under mandatory consumer laws.
