This company sent me paper posters in a a cardboard box which ended up being damaged and now won't communicate with me about a refund. I have sent emails, queries via their website, raised a ticket by their website and even called them (no one answered). So in actual fact I would give zero stars
Hi Anthony, we're really sorry your prints arrived damaged, and that you couldn't get a response from us – that's not the standard we want. We've shared this with our print and packing team so we can do better. If this hasn't already been put right, please email hello@laboostudio.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
