Delighted with my print which is currently at the framers. Thank you for the good packaging and the excellent quality of the image. A very happy customer!
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I received the print damaged and creased, and the print quality was much lower than expected. I contacted customer support immediately and requested a refund, but despite several follow-up emails and attempts to call, I still have not received proper return instructions.
I was only sent a replacement form, even though I clearly stated that I wanted to return the item for a full refund.
The lack of communication has been very frustrating. I hope the company improves its customer service and resolves this issue promptly.

The print arrived damaged. There was no consideration for protecting the print during transit, it arrived in just the cardboard. I thought it would have came rolled up in a tube or some sort of protective sleeve given the price.
